Membership Terms and Conditions

Osaka Marketplace Membership & Rewards Program

Enrollment is not necessary to shop with Osaka Marketplace, Osaka Sushi, Osaka Food Court, Osaka Cafe, and any other affiliated parties.

Enrollment: There is no fee to enroll in the Osaka Marketplace Membership & Rewards Program (OMMRP).
Application forms may be submitted online or in-person to our Customer Service department.

An OMMRP card will be provided to new members after application forms have been received and processed.
A replacement fee of $1.00 will be collected for lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised membership cards.

Enrollment in the OMMRP: To enroll in the membership program you must meet the terms for participation established by Osaka Marketplace.

Once your enrollment is processed and accepted by us, we will establish an account in your name and assign you a member identification number. Enrollment is limited to one account per member per phone number and email address.

By enrolling in the OMMRP, you consent to use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1. Member Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your OMMRP card. Should the security of your membership card be compromised due to loss, theft, etc. it is your responsibility to notify Osaka Marketplace.

Osaka Marketplace is under no obligation to refund or otherwise provide you with credit for any rewards, points, or coupons redeemed with a lost, stolen, or compromised membership card.

2. Limitations on Use: Termination

If you are unable to present your OMMRP card at the time of in-store checkout, points from that transaction will not be applied toward your account balance.

Certain products sold in-store may not be eligible toward reward points. Please see a Customer Service representative for further details.

The purchase of age-restricted items such as alcoholic beverages or tobacco products, where permitted, will require in-store age verification by providing the store associate with a valid (non-expired, government issued) identification confirming identity and age.

Store associates must enter your date of birth at the time of in-store checkout to process sales of all age-restricted items.

Any personalized discounts, savings, coupon redemptions, point redemptions, taxes, bottle/can deposits and redemption values, and bag fees (if any) will be calculated upon checkout and reflected in the receipt.

The OMMRP may be suspended or discontinued at any time without notice to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to and use of OMMRP at any time, with or without notice to you.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may no longer be able to participate in the OMMRP. You may also be unable to create/use duplicate accounts for the purposes of avoiding the suspension or termination.

3. Price or Order Total Errors and Resolution

You agree to bring any prices or order totals that you believe to be in error to the store associate before leaving the store location.

You agree to return to the store of purchase and present the purchase receipt for your order in the event of any product return.

Discounts, savings, coupon redemptions, and point redemptions may not be refunded to your membership account in the event of any product return.

Member Privileges & Conditions

We look forward to serving you as an OMMRP member. If you have any questions, please ask our store associate or visit the Customer Service counter.

The OMMRP is subject to our Member Privileges & Conditions, which may change from time to time without prior notice.

Member Privileges:

All members will receive 1-point for every $1.00 in purchases made at in-store check-out registers.
Points are valued at 1-point = $0.01, and may be redeemed during any future transaction, upon request.
OMMRP accumulated point totals will be reflected on the bottom of each purchase receipt.
Any points redeemed for each transaction will also be reflected on the bottom of
each purchase receipt.
Members may also be eligible for special discounts on certain in-store items with "Member Price" indicators.
Members with a valid e-mail address and date of birth registered to their account may receive additional promotional offers, savings, and coupons.

Member:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide valid photo identification upon request
Notify Osaka Marketplace, if your membership card is lost or stolen or may have been otherwise compromised.

Membership:

Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 18 years of age and over.
Osaka Marketplace may request a valid proof of identification to verify personal information provided in the OMMRP Application Form.
Osaka Marketplace reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant, and membership may be terminated at Osaka Marketplace's discretion and without cause.
The OMMRP is subject to any and all rules adopted by Osaka Marketplace, including our privacy policies and practices, and they may be amended from time to time with or without notice.

Cancellation and Renewal Policy

OMMRP enrollment will remain valid unless changed by you, the member, or otherwise terminated by Osaka Marketplace.

You are responsible for providing Osaka Marketplace with up to date information for your phone number, e-mail address, and physical address (if provided at the time of application).

Your OMMRP enrollment is active and available for use immediately upon receipt of your physical membership card.

Enrollment is limited to one account per member per phone number/email address.

Osaka Marketplace requires that members be at least 18 years of age.

There is no required minimum enrollment period. Members may request cancellation of their OMMRP account at any time by submitting the appropriate cancellation form.

Unredeemed discounts, savings, coupons, and points will not be refunded in the event of OMMRP account cancellation.
